Principal's Welcome 2025-2026
Dear Raye-Allen Eagle Families,
As the campus principal, I am thrilled to kick off the upcoming academic year with the promise of engaging and inspiring educational experiences for our new and returning students. Our dedicated faculty and staff have been diligently preparing to ensure that the first day of school on August 19, 2025, is met with an environment that fosters student growth and success.
I have been in education for 24 years and am honored to be continuing my journey as a Raye-Allen Eagle. Just a few tidbits about me:
- Texas A&M University graduate – Class of 2000
- Wife, Mom to 3 kids (two at Texas A&M and one RAES Eagle)
- Loves to garden, cook, read, spend time with family, and spend time with family
- 13 years classroom experience
- 5 years experience as an instructional specialist
- 2 years of traveling around Texas as a literacy consultant
- 4 years assistant principal experience (elementary and middle school level)
At Raye-Allen, we strongly believe in empowering our students to take ownership of their learning and to believe in themselves. I encourage parents to partner with us in supporting their children's educational journey by connecting with their child’s teacher, joining PTO, and participating in family events.
